Tonic Winter Spruce Shaker Tree Decoration :D

I really LOVED working with this Winter Spruce die set creating samples for the shows on Hochanda, and this was my favourite of them all, a double sided shaker hanging ornament! I still have 2 blisters left, so I'm certainly making a silver and purple version for my tree this year :D :D :D Hope you enjoyed the video! Tonic Media Jigsaw Creator Puzzle Box :D

A matching box for the magnetic puzzle I shared the other day :D I made the magnetic puzzle around the idea that you'd keep it out on the fridge, but so it has somewhere safe to live, I thought I'd make it a matching box :D I used the same Media Jigsaw die, but this time cutting it from Grey Board (or the back of envelopes) And to make the shimmer powders into more of a paint, I mixed them with White and Clear Gesso :D :D

I'm loving the new Tonic Media dies! Because they allow you to cut through thicker materials without having to have a die-cutting machine with a deep opening! And the recommendation for using these dies in your machine, is you MUST use the metal shim, otherwise the dies will leave deep grooves in your cutting plate! And you use whatever combination of plates you would use if you were embossing a die, but take out the rubber mat and instead add in the metal shim between the base plate and your card :D I think that makes sense lol, I will have a talking video on these fab new dies over on my third channel CRaFTi PoTeNTiAl Know How sometime soon too :D :D :D

Tonic Media Jigsaw Creator Magnetic Puzzle :D

A really simple magnetic puzzle using the wonderful new Jigsaw Creator Media Die from Tonic!! This is a thicker die which allows it to cut through tougher and denser materials and also layered materials too, so here I was able to cut through card + adhesive + magnetic sheet :D I just coloured a quick heat embossed stamped image for this example puzzle, but I think they would make marvelous presents if you used a photograph as the picture :D
